UID Marking & IUID Registry Submission

This contract requires the application of 2D Data Matrix UID markings in strict compliance with MIL-STD-130 standards, ensuring each item is uniquely identified with durable, machine-readable markings. The markings must adhere to ISO/IEC 15434 specifications for data structure and encoding, supporting interoperability across DoD systems. All Unique Item Identifiers must be submitted to the Department of Defense IUID Registry through the Wide Area Workflow system, ensuring real-time visibility and traceability of equipment throughout its lifecycle. This work is executed under a subcontract for the Defense Logistics Agency, operating under the NAICS code 811219, and is designated to support the DoD’s broader initiative to maintain accurate, standardized asset tracking across its supply chain. Compliance is mandatory and non-negotiable, with failures in marking or registry submission potentially resulting in contract non-performance.
