This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Solicitation: NND17607437Q. This is not an order and quotations furnished are not offers. Ultra-precision linear stage with 1nm accuracy, 50mm travel----------QTY 1ea 2. High-precision linear stage with 100nm accuracy, 150mm travel------QTY 1ea 3. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirements. Technical acceptability will be determined from information submitted by the quoter which must provide sufficient details to show that the product quoted meets the Government's requirements. (ii) Price. The offeror selected for award must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its Quote.
