TITLE:  Single Source Acquisition for Unaccompanied Housing WiFi (install & service)


The Department of the Air Force, 4th Contracting Squadron (4 CONS) at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB), North Carolina, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Charter Communications Operating, LLC (doing business as Spectrum).


The objective of this procurement is to acquire commercial broadband internet installation and recurring monthly Wi-Fi services for Unaccompanied Housing facilities at SJAFB. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and infrastructure required to install, configure, activate, and maintain high-speed Wi-Fi broadband services with tiered options for the designated facilities.


This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A formal solicitation will not be issued. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency if received by the closing date and time of this notice.


Any response to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost-prohibitive to replace the existing infrastructure (if applicable), and that the responding vendor can meet the technical and security requirements of providing commercial internet on Seymour Johnson AFB.
