This grant program provides eligible municipalities with professional assistance to develop Municipal Decarbonization Roadmaps aligned with the Climate Leaders Municipal Decarbonization Commitment and Roadmap Guidance. To apply, municipalities must submit a grant application, a certification signed by their Chief Executive Officer, and supporting documentation regarding energy committees and zero-emission policies.
