Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Equipment (E-Rate)

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids for the School Board of Citrus County, Florida, (CCSB) from qualified Respondents who are approved by the Universal Service Administration Company (“USAC”) to supply and deliver lithium-ion uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems intended to support network closets, server rooms, and other critical infrastructure throughout the district in full compliance with the E-Rate Program. This ITB is also posted on the USAC website, Form 470 #XXXXXXXXX.
This solicitation is for the purchase of specified equipment only. DO NOT include installation, configuration, and labor in your bid prices. The installation of all equipment outlined herein is outside the scope of this solicitation and will be performed by CCSB staff.
Respondents shall refer to the Technical Specifications outlined herein for all Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) equipment needed. If Respondent proposes a product other than specified, it is the Respondent’s responsibility to submit, with the bid, samples, descriptive literature and/or detailed specifications which illustrate the products ability to meet the technical specifications required. Bids received without this information, or with insufficient information, as determined by CCSB, may not be considered. Respondents shall provide firm pricing for new, unused, current‑generation equipment only. Refurbished, remanufactured or renewed equipment will not be accepted. The performance of the successful Respondent shall be in accordance with the terms and the specifications set forth herein. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or award cancellation.
