This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 246-22-Q-0065 this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-4. This is Full and Open Competition, NAICS code 335999; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Lawton Indian Hospital requires an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for a Siemens SOMATOM X.CITE System to include delivery and set up in accordance with the attached specifications. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial is applicable. The evaluation will be based on technical and past performance.
