UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS) SURVEY

UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS) SURVEY NCTAMSLANT DET GTMO is requesting a source sought synopsis to determine if there is anyone who can survey an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and provide a maintenance schedule in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications or industry standard. (a) UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS) SURVEY) The contractor shall conduct UPS (including batteries and all other UPS system components condition assessments and provide reports detailing overall UPS working/non-working status, UPS configurations, working/non-working UPS components status, and, where applicable, resource estimates to bring non-working UPS and/or UPS components into working condition. Resource estimates shall include labor type (e.g., telecommunications mechanic, electrician, etc.), man-hour estimates by labor type, repair and/or replacement parts, miscellaneous materials (e.g. wire, connectors, etc.), estimated shipping costs, and any other costs. (b) MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE The contractor shall provide a maintenance schedule in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications or industry standard. - CONTRACT DATA DELIVERABLES All data deliverables shall prominently show the following statement: DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT E.
