This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested. Solicitation AG-52B1-S-14-0027 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), to perform Uniontown North cultural resource surveys on the Hoosier National Forest. The work will be performed in Crawford County, IN. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990 and the size standard is $14mil. Work will begin upon award and be completed within 120 days. BASIS FOR AWARD: a single award will be made to the contractor based on best value to the government. Offerors shall provide both pricing and technical information. Pricing and technical information will be submitted to: Roger Manning, USDA Forest Service, 811 Constitution Ave, Bedford, IN 47421. NO FAX QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
