In parallel, the contract mandates the accurate and timely submission of corresponding item data to the Department of Defense’s IUID Registry, ensuring every marked component is registered with complete, correct, and up-to-date metadata including serial numbers, part identifiers, and custody information. Compliance monitoring, data integrity checks, and system interoperability with internal databases and DoD systems are critical, with all activities to be completed by the response deadline of August 6, 2026.
