Unit Level Intelligence (ULI)- Socet GXP Licenses and Support

The Department of Defense, specifically the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Detachment 12, has awarded a non-competitive sole-source negotiated contract to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. under solicitation FA873021P0005. This procurement provides 200 Soft Copy Exploitation Tool Geospatial eXploitation Product licenses integrated with Common Geopositioning Services for the Unit Level Intelligence program. These NGA-approved precision geopositioning tools are essential for targeting missions and providing critical shared information to intelligence analysts who prepare air crews for combat flying operations across more than 120 bases. The contract specifically covers the SOCET GXP Bundle Upgrade Entitlement part number 4038-UE, which includes all necessary feature licenses and support. The agreement is structured with a twelve month base period running from January 2021 through December 2021, followed by two twelve month option periods. This acquisition was justified under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) because BAE Systems was identified as the only responsible source capable of satisfying the agency's specific requirements for the TAW Information Systems.
