REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 3,770 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office space to yield 3,278-3,770 Usable Square Feet (USF) of space for use by government personnel, furnishings and equipment. The site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. Floor plates must have potential for efficient space layout. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The building must be near inexpensive and moderately priced fast food and/or eat-in restaurants that are within walking distance. Other employee services such as retail shops, cleaners, and banks shall be located within - mile. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire, life and seismic safety and handicapped accessibility. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in suburban Chicago bounded by: North: Volmer Road, South: Sauk Trail, East: Kedzie Avenue, West: I-57. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm.
