The UCalgary is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a solution to replace and implement a new platform for lab safety and hazardous materials. The intention of the RFP is to award to a Proponent who submits a proposal which, in the sole opinion of UCalgary represents the best overall functionality and value. The detailed Business requirements and IT requirements are outlined in the Business requirements and IT requirements tabs within the Proponent Response Workbook –Schedule D. The successful Proponent shall be awarded a three (3) year contract, with an option to extend for two (2) additional two (2) year terms at the sole discretion of UCalgary.
