This tailored approach is particularly relevant for DCMA employees holding senior leadership positions, including Commanders and Deputy Commanders, who are equivalent to GS-14/15 (O-5/O-6) and GS-13/14 (O-4/O-5) ranks. By limiting sources to the Darden School for a necessary course that accommodates the senior leaders calendar availability, DCMA can leverage an established and customized program that addresses the distinct requirements and challenges of its senior personnel, ultimately enhancing their industry management expertise and leadership capabilities. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that future competition would be advantageous to the Government for the requirement identified above. Information received in response to such notice is normally considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement; however, a determination by the Government to not compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response should be emailed to the contracting officer at carol.a.wilkinson10.civ@mail.mil by March 12, 2025, 10:00am EDST.
