The USG will not pay for information received or equipment provided by the contractor. The USG will review the availability of any contractor requested Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government-Furnished Information (GFI) that is in the US Army inventory. The USG will provide to the contractor test range time/access for the M SHORAD Demonstration, as well the resulting test analysis. The USG will use responses to this notice to form a bailment agreement with each party that meets the requirements. The USG will protect any information provided, in accordance with the document markings. Any potential release of respondents' information to other Government agencies will be coordinated with the vendor, prior to release.
