SYNOPSIS: UPGRADE 22 PYXIS SS30 SUPPLY STATIONS This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1) and FAR 5.207. This proposed action is for the procurement of upgrading 22 existing Pyxis SS30 Supply Station e-drawers to include updated 9.2 version software. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This proposed procurement will be a sole source award under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 339113: Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. This procurement will not be competed because the software for the Pyxis SS30 Supply Stations is proprietary to the manufacturer. The Government will award a contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical Capability and Price will be used to evaluate all offers.
