This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority of Federal Army Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR 6.302-1 entitled, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements", as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, this announcement constitutues the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however it is the Government's intend to award to a sole-source purchase order to Sharp Communication, INC.
