As per the terms and conditions of the Open Construction Source List (AR22SLGA), you are invited to submit a bid for the following project: DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. GA230009_86202 – Upgrade Underground Infrastructure - Zone K, Priority 1 & 2, 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, NB The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to upgrade underground infrastructure - Zone K, Priority 1 & 2, 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, NB The solicitation will include an Indigenous Benefits Plan (IBP) that aims to provide opportunities for businesses owned and lead by Indigenous People. Canada’s free trade agreements pose no impediment to the inclusion of measures for the benefit of Indigenous Peoples and/or businesses in a solicitation. Refer to the Tender documents for details. A site visit will be held on the following date and time and at the following location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit. Date: February 3, 2026 Time: 1:30p.m, local time Location: Building B-71, 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, NB. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $ 9,276,070.00 The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 424 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA). Even though you have been invited to bid on a project, should your DCC bidding privileges have been suspended and you submit a bid on future DCC projects, said bids will be rejected and no contract will be awarded to said tenderer.
