This project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for upland
improvements at Comfort Cove, NL.
In general, the work under this contract consists of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:
• Supply and installation of new granulars, asphalt and concrete slab on grade, in the location
noted on the drawings
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work twelve (12) weeks after the contract award date
Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than seven (7) working days
prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
