Full Description

The Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest intends to award a contract for the supply of a 70' long prefabricated road bridge. Work includes design, fabrication and delivery of the bridge including superstructure, backwalls, sills and object markers. The steel bridge superstructure is to be fabricated in a fabricating plant that is certified under the AISC quality certification program for either Simple Steel Bridges (SBR) or Major Steel Bridges (CBR), as appropriate. Bridge is to be delivered to a site near Glacier, WA on Forest Service Road 37. The bridge is to be delivered between September 1st and September 15, 2009 unless the project is delayed, in which case it the delivery shall be between July 1st and July 15, 2010. The solicitation number is AG-05M6-S-09-0038 The procurement is considered to be a Commercial item and is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.
