This project will stub a new cased 16 watermain under BNSF tracks from NP Ave to Main Ave to be connected into as a part of the 2026 Main Ave reconstruction project. Ultimately, this new 16 watermain will replace the existing 14 cast iron pipe which crosses the BNSF tracks at 15th St. The existing 14 watermain is currently underneath the structure at 1442 Main Ave and a watermain break would be difficult and costly to repair.
