This is an Urgent combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 7309r1221102 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) Subject to Availability of Funds (SAF). This is a SAF (Subject to Availability of Funds) Solicitation. Funding is NOT presently available. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-95. This solicitation is Small Business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430 - Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers. The US International Boundary & Water Commission is requesting Emergency Call Out SCADA Systems as per documents attached.
