Bassett Army Community Hospital, Fort Wainwright, Alaska, intends to issue a purchase order on an urgent sole source basis to Dubin Medical Inc, for the following product: Octagam 5% 10mg liquid, 30 vials, NDC: 67467084304, Manuf: Octapharma. The quoted items are urgently required for patient use and delivery is required NLT 6 Sept 2005. This proposed order is estimated at $33,000. This notice is not a request for quotes as a determination by the Government not to compete this procurement action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, this is an on-going requirement and information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive proc urements. A solicitation will not be issued. See Note 22.
