MICC Center-Fort Bragg (FB), as the ordering activity, is requesting approval to issue a task order modification W911SE-11-D-1005-1N02-08 to allow a six (6) month extension under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-8 to Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Petroleum Training Module (FPTM) issued under the OPTARSS II Multiple Award Task Order Contract W911SE-11-D-1005 to Automation Precision Technical, LLC. The Task Order was awarded on 15 November 2015 with a twelve (12) month base year and two, twelve (12) month ordering periods. The second ordering period is scheduled to expire on 14 November 2016. This Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity, is to get approval for issuing a task order modification to extend the current task order for an additional six (6) months under FAR 52.217-8. Issuing this modification will extend the current FTLC Training services from 15 November 2016 to 14 May 2017.
