U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: VA City: Yorktown Delineated Area: N: State Route 620, E: George Washington Memorial Highway, Route 17, S: Victory Blvd & State Highway 64, W: Jefferson Ave Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,150 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,500 Space Type: Office Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 5 year renewal Additional Requirements: If the government tenant is to occupy more than 25% of the total building area, then the building must meet a 25 meter (82 feet) standoff distance. Space must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Requirement: The Federal Government presently occupies 7,147 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet at 111 Cybernetics Way in Yorktown, VA, which expires May 31, 2012 under GSA lease number GS-03B-02352. The cost of a physical move, as well as the cost of new space alterations, will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not relocation is economically advantageous.
