US ITER: DRGA Analysis Station Design Build

Design, validation, fabrication, inspection, packaging and preparation for the shipment of both EP11 and LP12 DRGA Analysis Stations. The seller is expected to demonstrate that the proposed design will meet the technical requirements through design review. This procurement may be executed in tow phase" (1) Design Phase and (2) Fabrication Phase.
Design of EP11 Analysis Station includes:
-Analysis Station Frame
-Analysis Chamber (including pipes, gate valves, flanges, pressure gauges, QMS, magnetic shielding, etc.)
-Inter-Pump Volume & Forline (including pipes, flanges, orifice, pumps, pressure gauges, plasma cells, magnetic shielding, etc.)
-Calibration Gas System (including pipes, bottles, isolation valves, etc.)
-Enclosure
Design of LP12 Analysis Station includes:
-Analysis Station Frame
-Analysis Chamber (including pipes, gate valves, flanges, pressure gauges, QMS, magnetic shielding, etc.)
-Inter-Pump Volume & Foreline (including pipes, flanges, orifice, pumps, pressure gauges, plasma cells, magnetic shielding, etc.)
The technical specifications [3.1.2][3.1.3] and [3.1.4] provide a detailed classification by component. All deliverables must follow the DRGA Quality Plan [3.1.5] and applicable requirements in the ITER Vacuum Handbook [3.1.6]. Cable Block Diagrams (CBD) will be provided for EP11 [3.1.7] and LP12 [3.1.8]. Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) will also be provided for EP11 [3.1.9] and LP12 [3.1.10]. General Arrangement (GA) Drawings will be provided [3.1.11] and [3.1.12].
