The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions that were received. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The purpose of this amendment is to provide current documents as there were some documents that were posted originally that were not up to date. The following documents are what are new attachment B, F, H, V, the PWS dated 22 April 2022, and the Pricing+Schedule. Additionally, being added is the PPQ Form. There will be another amendment to respond to questions in the near future. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603 - Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 dated May 01, 2022. This requirement shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Priced (FFP), performance based single award task order contract (SATOC) to support the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), CIO/G-6 Radio and Systems Services This is the main USACE Radio Systems and Services (URSS) acquisition.
