This is a notice of intent that AFLCMC/WNKD, 460 Richard Ray Blvd, Suite 200, Robins AFB, FA 31098-1813, anticipates issuing a contract, on a sole source basis to provide for the program management support, contractor logistics support, and engineering services required to support the USAF Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Program. The QRC Program is required to sustain the following systems: ARC 81-01, QRC 84-05, USM-642, HARM Targeting System Test Set (HTS-TS), ALQ-188A(V), ALQ-188(v)4, GLM-10 and associated support equipment. The proposed contract is an extension for two months to 1 Aug 2016 - 30 Sep 2017. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one one source, Northrop Grumman Technical Services, Inc. 2340 Dulles Corner Blvd, Herndon, VA 20171, Cage: 0JRC1 under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
