Full Description

The purpose of this announcement is to formally communicate the Government's plan for EGS collaboration with industry. The Government has deployed an on-line EGS wiki platform to facilitate information sharing and dynamic collaboration on EGS standards. The technical content on the wiki is controlled unclassified information, Distribution C: Distribution authorized to U.S. Government Agencies and their contractors. Interested parties must contact the identified Government POCs to obtain access to the wiki. As a condition to obtaining access to the wiki, parties must acknowledge and agree that all contributions they make to the wiki, including any information or materials they place on the wiki shall be fully distributable without any restrictions to all other parties having wiki access, and that all such contributions will be attributed to the respective party source. The wiki will contain Militarily Critical Technology List (MCTL) information whose export is restricted by the Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S. Sec 2751, et seq) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended (Title 50, U.S.C., App. 2401, et seq). Only those companies who are on the Qualified Contractors Access List (QCAL) will receive access to the wiki. Requests for certification and registration can be made by contacting the Defense Logistics Service Center (DLSC), Federal Center, 74 North Washington, Battle Creek, MI 49106-3412 as soon as possible. For access to the wiki, requests must be sent to Ms. Kathy Scholefield at kathleen.scholefield@us.af.mil. All requests must include the company name, mailing address, email address, point of contact, phone number, current CAGE code, and a completed and certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement to the Contracting Office POCs. The individual listed in Block 3.a. (Data Custodian) on the DD Form 2345 must provide an authorized (signed) list identifying each individual in the company who requires wiki access, including full name, email address and phone number.
