The United States Air Force issued a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research aimed at identifying budget requirements and qualified sources capable of repairing UMTE receivers and associated electronic parts specified by various National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and part numbers. These repairs must comply with the AN/TPT-T1 (V) Unmanned Threat Emitter (UMTE) standards. Respondents are asked to provide rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost estimates covering test, teardown and evaluation, different levels of repair (minor to total rebuild), functional testing, and delivery of detailed repair documentation including Commercial Asset Visibility and inspection reports. Functional testing must demonstrate that repaired items meet operational requirements across all UMTE variants currently in service. This RFI is solely for information gathering and budgeting purposes and does not represent a request for proposals or a commitment to award contracts. Respondents who demonstrate repair capability consistent with USAF requirements will have their information retained and may be invited to participate in future solicitations. All proprietary information submitted will be handled appropriately but responses will not be returned. The government will supply technical repair drawings and related data upon request, with specific contact information provided for those interested. The effort is focused on strategic sourcing for repair services at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, under the NAICS code 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance).
