This procurement is being conducted under FAR 6.302-1, which permits sole source awards when only one responsible source exists, and as a commercial item acquisition under FAR Part 12, meaning standard commercial practices and terms apply without the need for competitive bidding. Responses must be submitted in writing via email to Nicole Wright or David Wallace by 1:00 p.m. ET on July 2, 2026, with telephone inquiries not accepted and all costs incurred by respondents borne solely by them. The contracting office is located at 330 Independence Ave. S.W., Washington, D.C. 20037, and while the contract is expected to be firm-fixed price, no pricing details, delivery schedule, FOB terms, or specific inspection criteria have been provided beyond the requirement for exact part compliance. The Government retains sole discretion over whether to proceed without competition, and the notice serves only as an informational pre-solicitation action. No contract clauses, representations, certifications, packaging specifications, or detailed evaluation factors are included, consistent with the nature of a non-competitive commercial item acquisition.
