The USAID mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) intends to release a solicitation for a new Public Relations Assistance activity to help the mission develop and implement a series of monthly public awareness campaigns, as per the attached draft Scope of Work. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice and sharing of the draft SOW is to alert interested organizations or individuals of this upcoming opportunity. The notice is released for informational purposes only; USAID is not seeking proposals or quotes at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the U.S. Government, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation of quotes/proposals.
