USAID/Liberia would like feedback on the entire document. The draft TOC is anticipated to result in finalizing either a Statement of Work or a Program Description that may lead to a formal solicitation or Notice of Funding Opportunity. The place of performance is Liberia. The draft concept is provided in the following pages. DISCLAIMER Please note: This is NOT a solicitation. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes-it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) /Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) or a promise to issue an RFP/NOFO in the future.
