It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238350  Finish Carpentry Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See FAR 52.212-1 for submission instructions & FAR 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by 10:00AM Eastern Time on 08/21/2026 via email to Jamie.C.Bridges@uscg.mil and Frank.R.Burton@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF1442 and pricing are completed before emailing.
