Request Quotations to be furnished for the following requirement with the following salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics: ******************************REQUIREMENT*************************** *Stands must be specifically designed for use on the USCG UH60 model helicopters * Stands must meet OSHA safety regulations 02 Complete Maintenance Stands Total of 3 stands per side. Each side shall be comprised of 2 maintenance stands and 1 stair/landing or an equal product meeting or exceeding the following salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics: Maintenance stands shall be 116" long x 36" wide Stair Assembly shall be 36" x 36" with stairs All stands shall have a 12" adjustability from 72" to 84" - Each stand shall have the ability to be used independently as a stand-alone system. This will allow the platform to be arranged in multiple linear configurations. - Each individual deck shall have a working load rating of 800 lbs and can withstand a force equal to 4 times the load rating without falling - Each stair assembly shall have a 400 lb load rating - Stands shall include 2 compressed and 2 GFT electrical services per side - Each side shall include removable safety railings to safeguard maintenance personnel working forward on the helicopter - Safety railings shall be capable of extending/telescoping for multiple configurations - Outrigger arms shall be removable and capable of adjustable/telescoping - Adjustable/telescoping outrigger arms should allow the stands to be positioned next to the aircraft without making contact with the main or tail landing gear tires. - The distance between the cross members shall be 105' minimum to provide clearance for the left and right extended pylons to ensure aircraft clearance - Trailer tongue jacks are required to adjust height of stands from 72" to 84" The USCG MH-60T Jayhawk helicopter specifications are as follows: Rotor Diameter: 53ft 8in Length: 64ft 10in Height: 17ft Main Rotor Disc Area: 2,261 sq ft
