Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the Q&A.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
- Solicitation # - 70Z02326QPPC00001. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99.
- The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 713940 and the business size standard $17.5 million. This is a total small business set aside.
- Description of requirements for the items to be acquired-
- Provide 160 gym/fitness memberships to all vendor locations in the Topeka and surrounding area.
