USCG Sector San Diego Hangar Floor Re-Surface

The USCG intends to purchase the services of a contractor to re-surface the floor in Hangar 2 and the floors in two adjacent hallways. This a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside procurement. 1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision as required to resurface the floors of Hangar 2 and in two adjacent hallways. 2. EVALUATION/AWARD CRITERIA: Based on Lowest Cost, Quality of Work (Based on References), and Responsibility (Vendor not listed on Excluded Parties List https://www.epls.gov/epls/search.do) 3. COMMENCEMENT: Upon acceptance, the contractor shall commence work no later than (NLT) five (5) days after notice to proceed. The job must be completed within ten (10) days after contract award. 4. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW): See attachment for SOW which outlines details on project. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the work as described herein. All work shall be conducted per the attached statement of work and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulation, codes, and directives. This summary is not all-inclusive and delineates only those work items deemed as major to the contract. Additional work items not listed, though necessary to attain the completed project shall be listed in the quote.
