This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued.

This acquisition is Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS is 238290. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The government proposes to solicit from the attached scope of work.
