Contractor shall remove existing shingles and flashing and install new shingles and flashing at the Coast Guard owned housing duplex units 4, 5, and 6 located at USCG Family Housing, Wallops Island, VA 23303. See attached Statement of Work. It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238160 Roofing Contractors and a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See FAR 52.212-1 for submission instructions & FAR 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 07/30/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF1442 and pricing are completed before emailing. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the email addresses listed above no later than 7/24/26 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
