U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State: North Carolina City: Lumberton Delineated Area: City Limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,440 Max Rentable Square Feet 7,728 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Termination Rights: 120 days Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 3 Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The Governments lease is expiring at this location. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Lumberton, N.C. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if it would be economically advantageous. The Government will consider the relocation costs, including the physical move and the voice and data systems move, when deciding whether it should relocate or pursue or pursue a sole-source action. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
