USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. PLN2019-0075 – MASROC FARMS

Use Permit Application PLN2019-0075 for Masroc Farms authorizes the legalization and expansion of a legal non-conforming almond hulling facility located on two parcels totaling approximately 36.84 acres in the General Agriculture (A-2-40) zoning district. The project, situated at 616 North Hopper Road in Modesto, California, includes the permitting of shelling activities, the construction of a 2,500 square-foot office and breakroom, the conversion of a 5,400 square-foot agricultural storage building, and the expansion of outdoor storage.
