Full Description
The United States Marine Corps (USMC), Marine Corps Installation National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) is seeking information via this Request for Information (RFI) to determine the availability, and technical capability of industry sources to provide comprehensive Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) for the Marine Corps Education Command (EDCOM).
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes. The Government seeks to identify the availability and technical capabilities of potential sources to provide the required services. Interested contractors are invited to submit non-binding statements of interest, corporate capability documentation, and industry feedback to help the Government refine its acquisition strategy.
EDCOM requires comprehensive, uninterrupted Information Technology (IT) support to sustain its mission of educating and training Marines.
The primary goal is to ensure continuous, secure, and efficient IT operations across EDCOM. Services are in the following area:
Task 1: Network and System Support
Task 2: Cybersecurity and Information Security Support
Task 3: Technical Support (Helpdesk)
Task 4: Audiovisual & Video Teleconference (AV/VTC) Support

The Government will host an industry day for this requirement. All interested parties MUST register for the event. No online streaming of the event will be available. The industry day information is as follows:
