USE THE SUBJECT LINE: "USMS Bucket Trucks RFQ." The quote shall include the signed SF1449 with section 2. The contractor must provide a "total" price for all products and/or services. QUESTION & ANSWERS: Friday, 15 September 2017 NO LATER THAN (NLT), 10:00 a.m. EST. Question & answers shall be e-mailed to kathryn.oravitz-weeks@usdoj.gov and cc'Pamela.stokes@usdoj.gov not later than 10:00 a.m., EST 15 September 2016. USE THE SUBJECT LINE: "BUCKET TRUCKS - Q&A" If found technically acceptable award will be made without further consideration. If found technically unacceptable the government will evaluate the next lowest offer for technical acceptability until award can be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. This will be a lowest price technically acceptable purchase. Technical acceptability - at a minimum - will consist of meeting all characteristics, including those in the Technical Specifications Document and following the RFQ instructions. Shipping costs do not need to be quoted in the RFQ, as shipping will be negotiated at the time of delivery due. The Government is requesting documented best and final discounts on offeror's pricing. This order is a total set-aside for 100% small business. Only quotes submitted by 100% small business will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a 100% small business will not be considered for award.
