The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking offers from qualified individuals to provide personal services under a contract as described in the attached solicitation. This position is for one (1) Washington, D.C. based USPSC Local Governance Advisor in the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance; Center of Excellence on Democracy, Human Rights and Governance (DCHA/DRG), GS-14 equivalent. Offers must be submitted in accordance with Attachment 1, Sections I through V of the solicitation. Offerors should retain copies of all submissions for their records.
