Cyber Operations and Resilient Communications (CORC) has a requirement for USRP X310 along with its daughtercards and accessories or equivalent. The requirements are to be delivered to the following address:

The equipment must meet the requirements detailed in the Statement of Requirement (SOR) attached as an Annex to the solicitation document.
The deliverables outlined in Section 5 of the Statement of Requirement (SOR), attached as an Annex to the solicitation document, should preferably be received by March 31, 2025, but no later than three (3) weeks from the date of the Contract Award.
Level of Security:
There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract.
Applicable Trade Agreements:
Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement:
There will be no set-aside for aboriginal businesses. This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Requirement Details:
It is DND’s intention to award a single Contract for this requirement.
Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.
The Bidder that offers the responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for the award of a Contract.
DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.
Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Canada retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
