This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A proposal is being requested from only one source. Request for Proposal (RFP) N5523626R0010 is issued as a sole source procurement. The subject solicitation is being processed in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source, Rolls Royce Solutions America (referred to herein as RRSA) for the parts listed on the Product Description (Attachment J-1), under the authority of FAR 12.102 on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
