JULY 30, 2010 UPDATE: New attachment with solicitation update posted. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Purpose: The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is hosting an Industry Day for companies with Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Technologies, Enterprise Technologies and Technical Survey Technologies to receive feedback from Industry on the Attached Draft RFP. Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Requirement: USSOCOM is seeking contractors with SIGINT manufacturing capability. The contrator must meet all Quick Reaction Capability requirements that are mature systems ready for fielding within 180 days or less from order with consistent and reliable testing data. In addition to the QRC capability the contractor may be required to research, develop, integrate, produce and/or sustain a SIGINT system. SIGINT: USSOCOM is interested in Tactical SIGINT Receivers, Tactical SIGINT Antennas, SIGINT payloads for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Signals processing, Precision Direction Findings (DF) and Geo-Locating, Net-Centric SIGINT systems to include Mobile Ad-Hoc Networking Technology, Secure Mesh Technology, Secure High-Speed Wireless Networking and Datalinks, and lastly all Packaging and Power Management capabilities. Limitations: USSOCOM is only interested in companies with a Top Secret Specialized Compartmented Information (TS SCI) security clearance for this effort. Lacking this qualification does not prohibit a company from responding. If their security clearance at this level is pending, it should be identified as a pending status. Please indicate your expected TS SCI approval if this applies to your situation. USSOCOM will conduct site visits as part of a pre award survey prior to contract award to evaluate manufacturing facilities for SIGINT capability as well as facilities with TS/SCI capability.
