Notice of Award - Sole Source Purchase Order The United States Secret Service (USSS), Technical Security Division's (TSD) high-tech electronic environment presents new and unique challenges to practically every electronic system the TSD utilizes. A fundamental understanding of these electronic systems and how they function is needed to get a foot hold in the ever-changing technologies of today's electronic environment. The USSS/TSD has a need for the development and execution of Electronics training in support of its investigative mission. This training will provide updated elements of electronic security systems resulting from the changing electronics environment. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-(1)(b)(1), the Department of Homeland Security, United States Secret Service, awarded a sole source firm-fixed-price contract in order to provide a Basic Electronics Course to the USSS/TSD.
