UT2026-15-RFQ SCADA System Assessment

The City of Grand Forks is soliciting quotations under solicitation number UT2026-15-RFQ for a comprehensive SCADA System Assessment. The objective is to evaluate the condition, functionality, and capabilities of infrastructure monitoring water, sanitary sewer, wastewater, and stormwater systems. The scope of work includes identifying system deficiencies and operational risks, specifically focusing on critical PLCs at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Utility Master, and various lift stations.
