UxV Universal Controller

All records pertaining to the contract must be retained for seven years following final payment, and Canada reserves the right to audit those records, including those of subcontractors, at any time. The contractor must also maintain mandatory insurance coverage at its own expense and remain in continuous compliance with all certifications submitted during bidding. Ethical requirements are strict: no bribery, contingency fees, or conflict of interest is permitted, and immediate disclosure of any financial interest potentially affecting procurement decisions is mandatory. A key provision prohibits the use of forced labor in the production or provision of goods, with immediate notification required if any component falls under tariff item 9897.00.00, and potential immediate termination for violation.
