MSC has a requirement for chartered, passenger-only fast ferry services during the period July - October 2003. The fixed-price charter service will provide marine passenger vessel(s), crew(s), fuel, management and supervision necessary to provide marine passenger transportation for personnel to/from Naval Station Bremerton and Todd Seattle Shipyard Washington each morning and afternoon during the period of performance. The Government will allow for staggered departures/arrivals if the proposed vessel(s) will not accomodate all personnel in a single run.
